From organizing invite cards and assembling outreach packets to preparing resources for prayer walks and community events, your support helps us take worship, hope, and the love of Christ from here to there. Pray Join the Summer Shift Prayer Team as we cover community outings, outreach efforts, prayer walks, and Summer Shift events in prayer. Help us pray for protection, open hearts, meaningful connections, and the presence of God to move powerfully in every neighborhood and every life we encounter. Outreach Help support Summer Shift outreach efforts by taking part in the pray walking in the community. By participating we are bringing hope and the love of Christ to those in our communities. Spread The Word Help spread the word about Summer Shift by inviting others to community outings, worship gatherings, and outreach events. The Impact Center The Impact Center is a venue that serves the community by providing spaces to connect, educate, celebrate, and collaborate. The Impact Center is an ideal place to host major events such as concerts, festivals, and conferences. We have a variety of rentable spaces to accommodate any size event from birthday parties, baby showers, weddings, and family reunions to corporate board meetings, educational conferences, banquets, recitals and more. The Impact Center also houses a fitness center that is available to the public through an affordable monthly membership program. Connecting people in the community and providing spaces for people to thrive and progress are the reasons The Impact Center exists. Transportation Do you need a ride to church? Word Tabernacle offers van transportation for anyone in Nash, Edgecombe and Wilson Counties. This service is available for our Sunday 8:00AM and 10:00AM services. To schedule your pick-up, please call 252-446-2158 no later than 5:00PM the Thursday prior to the Worship Service you'll attend and leave a callback number.
