I learned a lot of leadership skills from all of the leaders and will be sure to take these back with me to Winston! Quante Downey | Barton College I worked with the Center for Campus & Adminstrative Services. As a business management major, the work that we did with the director (Albert) allowed me to learn more about business operations and how to manage a team of people. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and getting to know the WTC Staff. Jada Gailliard | UNC-Chapel Hill I worked with the Center of Health and Wellness which partnered WTC staff and researchers at UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health to begin understanding how congregants at WTC effectively communicate during a public health emergency. The purpose of this project is to develop risk communication strategies for COVID-19 (and future public health emergencies), by understanding the power of social connections within rural, Black, faith communities. Currently: Healthcare Analyst at Huron Click Here To Apply Destini Morton | North Carolina State University I worked with C3 next generation ministry’s programming that helps disengaged youth find their passions through their personal and professional development.
