Job Description

The Chief of Staff serves as the principal executive responsible for turning the vision of the Senior Pastor and the strategic direction of the Council of Elders into effective ministry execution across all departments. This leader ensures that people, processes, and priorities are aligned to advance the mission of Word Tabernacle Church—“People Empowering People and Communities in Every Area of Life to the Glory of God.” Acting as a senior advisor, coach, and coordinator, the Chief of Staff directs all ministry and administrative leaders (excluding the Office of the Senior Pastor and Council of Elders) to promote organizational health, operational excellence, and measurable impact. By guiding vision into action and plans into results, the Chief of Staff works to ensure “Everyone Thriving” is not just a slogan, but a tangible reality in the church and community.
