EARLY EDUCATION LEAD TEACHER

 

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a classroom of infant and toddler age children
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in each child
- Use effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior
- Provide individualized instruction and support to meet the needs of each child
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child's development

 

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an early childhood education setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and physical education
- Experience with early intervention strategies for children with special needs is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
