Job Description
The Director of Campus Operations and Venue Management oversees the team responsible for maintaining the functionality, beauty, and hospitality of all Word Tabernacle Church facilities and venues. This role manages daily operations for diverse spaces including recreational, retail, memorial, food service, co-working, and event areas, ensuring they are well-kept and equipped to support ministry and community activities. The Director supervises staff, manages budgets, coordinates vendor services, and works with ministry leaders to create spaces that foster connection and reflect the church’s vision.
