Our team of trained counselors and mental health coaches are here to support you on your journey toward a healthy mind and emotional well-being. We understand that everyone faces challenges from time to time, and you do not have to navigate them alone. Counseling services are provided free of charge to both members and non-members.

Through practical guidance, encouragement, and accountability, coaching empowers people to make positive changes and thrive in mind, body, and spirit.

Fit Body
We endeavor to cultivate a culture of wellness where individuals honor God with their bodies, strengthen their faith, and encourage one another toward healthier lifestyles. We call it - Putting our Faith in Motion - "Healthy Bodies. Strong Faith. Thriving Lives."
Knowledge empowers healthy choices. Through workshops, classes, and practical wellness resources, participants learn strategies for nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, disease prevention, and overall well-being. Our goal is to equip individuals and families with the tools they need to build healthy habits and thrive for life.

Our fitness and wellness initiatives create opportunities for people of all ages and fitness levels to move, grow, and stay motivated. Through fitness classes, wellness challenges, community activities, and faith-centered encouragement, participants are inspired to develop healthier lifestyles while building meaningful connections with others.
